Watches - Watches orders are final and non refundable.
Clothes, Handbags and other Accessories (no jewelry or watches)- For size issues or If the item arrived damaged or broken, the customer has 7 days from the day it was delivered, to contact us. Store credit or size change will be offered. No money back.
Return instructions:

We will send the return address and corresponding details.
- Send the piece in the original jewelry bag in which it was received.
Cancelations:
The customer has 24 hours to cancel the order. After that date no cancellations will be accepted.
