  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    Luxzen (the “Merchant” or “Sponsor”) operates an eCommerce platform dedicated to the sale of digital art, jewelry and merchandise (e.g., chains, watches, rings,earings, shirts, caps, etc.) in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, including the provisions of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO) and the Puerto Rico Department of the Treasury.
  2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    Participation in any promotion or sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. MANDATORY LEGAL NOTICE
    No purchase, payment, or transaction is necessary to participate or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
  4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
    The products offered by Luxzen consist of digital art delivered electronically. Also, jewelry and merchandise delivered by ground shipping to the client. 
  5. PARTICIPATION METHOD
    5.1 Participation through Purchase - For each eligible purchase of digital art, participants may receive promotional entries as advertised in each promotion.

    5.2 Free Participation Method (Required by DACO) - To participate for free, participants must request official instructions by sending an email to info@theluxzen.com during the promotion period.

    5.2.1 Request for Instructions - The email must include the applicant's full name and an explicit request for free participation.

    5.2.2 Mail Entry

    Once instructions are received, participants must send a legibly written letter on a card or piece of paper approximately 3” x 5” that includes:

    Full Name
    Physical Address in Puerto Rico
    Telephone Number
    Email Address
    Date of Birth
    Declaration of Free Participation
    The letter must be sent in a business-size (#10) envelope, postage paid, to the following address:

    All mail entries must be postmarked no later than the sweepstakes closing date and must be received within the timeframe established in the Official Rules. Each valid mail entry will count as one (1) entry in the sweepstakes.

  6. ELIGIBILITY
    Legal residents of Puerto Rico and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to participate.
  7. WINNER SELECTION
    The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
  8. TAXES
    The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes as determined by the Puerto Rico Department of the Treasury.
  9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
  10. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
