This promotional sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by XIX LLC with address at 226 Ave Boundary Bayamón PR 00958 (the "Sponsor")

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 6/02/2026 at 12PM (AST) and ends on 8/31/2026 at 12PM (AST) (the "Promotion")

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Puerto Rico and the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Participation in the Sweepstakes is open without purchase. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. HOW TO ENTER

5.1 Entry via Purchase
During the Promotion Period, each eligible purchase of the designated digital artwork offered by the Sponsor will receive one (1) promotional entry into the Sweepstakes. The purchase of any product is independent of participation in the Sweepstakes.
5.2 Free Method of Entry
To enter without purchase, participants must hand print their full name, mailing address (within Puerto Rico or the United States), email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a postage-paid #10 envelope to:

Each properly submitted mail-in request will receive one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Multiple entries must be submitted in separate envelopes.
Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries are void.
All mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.
All entries, regardless of method of entry, will be treated equally and will have the same chance of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS

• Limit 50 entries per person, unless otherwise specified.
  
• Any attempt to submit entries through multiple identities, addresses, or automated means may result in disqualification.
  
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Official Rules will be void.
  
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent or abusive practices.

7. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

The prize is non-trasferable and no cash substitution will be made, exept Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on or about August 31st 2026.
The selected participant will be notified via email and/or telephone using the contact
information provided.

If the selected participant:

• • cannot be contacted,
    
  • fails to respond within 30 days, or
    
  • is found to be ineligible,

an alternate winner may be selected.

9. ODDS

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
Sponsor may require the winner to provide necessary information for reporting purposes.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
